Today was a perfect day.

You know how some days come effortlessly?
You wake up, and have your healthy meal, and stay busy until lunch, have your next healthy meal, and you even bring your sneakers to work and walk for 20 minutes in the beautiful sunshine, Then you keep those sneakers on till after work and you hit the gym. You feel the burn, but in a good way. Then you get homeDinner is already planned and is delicious and filling...

This rarely happens.... but today it did. I am so thankful. I just needed things to go well today. They did.

I wish I could have a full week of perfect days... and then a whole month of perfect weeks... Imagine how successful in weight loss I could be.

Sometimes I feel like every day is a struggle... Someone will bring donuts to work and my resolve will crumble, or I forget to bring my gym clothes and then once I get home, I change my mind and stay in or end up going out to a huge dinner of empty calories.

Today was good, and I am trying to be thankful for the easy days, and hope they stregnthen my desire to work hard and have as many "Perfect days' as possible.

I hope anyone reading this is inspired to have a perfect day tomorrow.
