So I completed level 1 of the shred today
I started off using 3 pound weights for the first five days, then I switched to 5 pound weights for the last five. I feel great. My arms are becoming more defined, I can see my collar bones, my undies are getting baggy
and some muscle is forming under all this fat in my stomach!
I weighed myself on Sunday, still the same. I'm not complaining though because I want to shrink more of this fat and build more muscle. So, onto level 2 tomorrow and back to using the 3 pound weights. Hope to see more results!!
