Day 3 is a rest day on the DVD... but I'm feeling like I'm on a roll... so I've ridden my exercise bike for 10 minutes and did a cardio dance DVD for 20 minutes. I might do either one a little more later this evening.... we'll see. :)
Yep. Add 15 more minutes on the bike.
I'm still doing fine with the shakes!
