28 Day Bootcamp DVD Day 3

Day 3 is a rest day on the DVD... but I'm feeling like I'm on a roll... so I've ridden my exercise bike for 10 minutes and did a cardio dance DVD for 20 minutes. I might do either one a little more later this evening.... we'll see. :)

Yep. Add 15 more minutes on the bike.

I'm still doing fine with the shakes!

    So glad to see this, I was wondering about this dvd, and I love reading about your progress! Way2Go! I think that as you do more exercise things and are more comfortable and more fit that the cuteness will come as you go with experience. So there is a goal for you to keep going beyond the 28 days because I know for sure that it does take longer than that. So keep going!!!
