I'm trying not to be disheartened that my goals today are pretty much the same as they were in Oct 2010.
The difference is that I have achieved them (Feb 2011) and maintained until the holidays 2011, when for a number of reasons I backslid and gained 15 lbs.
I'm really looking forward to a dance retreat on April 5-7 and am inspired to make April 2012 the month that I regain my progress and take my fitness level even further.
Fitness: I have a weekly accountability buddy for exercise. I'm trying to burn about 3200 calories a week. I make a plan on Monday that will allow me to do that and I try and stick to it.
Food: Track. Track. Track. That is the key. Plus no restaurants and only watching movies/TV if I feel up to doing so without mindlessly eating.
Ready, set, go!
