Long time, no post! After graduating with my BS in psychology, starting a new job and simultaneously starting grad school, SparkPeople fell to the wayside for me. But now I'm back in the game! I forgot how much I enjoyed it! I have gotten my eating mostly back under control, and I feel amazing.
I'm working out mostly in fitness classes this semester. After talking with a (former) personal trainer I have also decided to really focus on toning my upper body with weights. Weight loss is still important, but I am splitting my cardio time with an equal amount of weight lifting. I have muscles - VISIBLE muscles - now!
My only problem? Trying not to sing "I'm Sexy and I Know It" all the time. It's hard, ya know?
