Ok....first this is fun...Yes I get in all of my water....and I just drink bottled water, I love it...wierd HUH??

In my CD player is some Bellydance music...I love Oojami...and my new fav is Knossos...I feel sorry for anyone that gets in my car...that really is all I listen to now.

My last vacation was to SLO for a BD thing....lots of fun and I love that place...and that stands for San Luis Obispo.

How did I start this journey to a new life style....well...and this is a good one, by the way....I took a good look at myself 3 years ago and I couldn't believe how I had let myself go, I was depressed, my family was worried about me...ect. I had gotten up to about 290...so I took a BD class....then I started the South Beach thing...lost some wieght, but gained some back....I was then doing BD 4 times a week and started performing...I wanted everyone else to see the muscles I knew were there...so I found spark on another site and here I am.

I have been on spark since Oct. 2006...started at 253....now 210.
The 'I did it" moment came when I past 222...and have not looked back...that is the number I had never been able to get past.

Goals outside of wieght loss are to become a GREAT BD dancer...LOL...that also keeps me motivated...LOL....Big surprize there....do we see a theme here??

Snacks I like are hummus and red peppers...Yum....also my treats that I like are Soy Ice Cream sandwichs....Yum!

Goals outside of wieght loss are to find a man!!! Get in a commited relationship...and I would love to have kids!!

Books I like are....Romance and Mysterys.....also just a good novel

    Congrats on getting past the 222 mark. For me it's always been the 140 mark. I've been up and over 200 and lost it a couple of times but I've never broke through the evil 140. This time it's all about that. I feel like if I just see that 139, I won't have a problem getting to goal of 125. That had to be just a freeing, liberating moment for you. I'm thrilled for you. Keep it up and thanks for the welcome.
