The funk is outta here.. How does that happen when nothing in life has really truly changed? I'm not sure... but I know I did my best to make a conscious decision to allow myself my cheats on the weekend and regroup, refocus and start again on Monday. The 1lb I gained over the weekend is gone.. plus the 1lb I gained last week.. so I am officially back down to that 143 number I was at... Let's see if I can eventually get to 142.. lol
I've worked out every single day this week.. Today is my last Tony the trainer session. Strange I have mixed feelings about it. Seems like I am finally a bit better at handling his sessions. Thing is I just can't afford him at all anymore. It's too much money out of an already over stretched budget. So I will just have to try and do some of his stuff on my own as well as the women's weight gym.
Work is work.. not enough hours all of a sudden even with the one employee out on FMLA. I feel for her situation and was happy to get the extra hours as it sure as heck helps out my family budget scenario at the moment.. however boss just dried up the hours.. grr.. why? sighs.. I can never figur that woman out. Instead of being all grumpy about the lack of hours I decided to focus on the fact it meant I would have a bit more family time for a while...
Kids have been making me laugh this week.. My son is just a non stop giggle fest... lots of cute 3 yr old "isms" that have had me in stitches including a treasure chest he found the other morning and tried to open.. Thank goodness he wasn't successful.. it was our late golden retriever's ashes!!!!!! oops!! My teenagers had me belly laughing the other day before I headed off to work.. Turns out they stumbled onto Queen's Another One Bites the Dust before school one morning and my 15 yr old didn't understand the lyrics.. She thought it was Another one fights the dust! LOL Told her sister it would make a great Swiffer commercial. ROTFLMAO! This is how I know I am old... my kids have no idea about sayings from my generation and before. I laugh at how much older stuff I get.. I was never locked away into my own little world like they are... I grew up watching my parents tv shows. Today kids just lock themselves into their rooms and watch their own shows.
Ok well my friends that was enough rambling.. I am off today.. time to get son ready for school, me ready for gym, and then home to run errands all afternoon.. fun fun fun!! Hope you all have a fabulous Thursday!
