1 Track all food and stay within calorie range.
2 Drink at least 8 cups of water per day
3 3 Fruit 5 Veggies a day
4 Exercise at least 60 minutes a day 6 days a week.
5 Sleep 7 hours per night
6 Post blog dailey
How I did
At the end of the day I was well under so I had a snack. Still under but ok.
Water I had 10 cups
Had fruits and veggies
Day 2 Wk 2 of C25K and then 40 min exercise bike
A big YES almost 8 hr
Post blog daily . Done
As for the exercise I did day 2 yesterday and found it hard. I am thinking that I did not sleep enough and ate bad the day before. The garbage in garbage out thing. I do know that when I eat badly I feel different as in sluggish cramps etc. My body seems to like fresh food much better. Note self. Think before you eat.
