I am in a program called "Correct Weight Loss" It takes into account different blood tests, exersize that maximizes fat loss and simply heathy choices. On top of my already healthy diet I made a few changes this week and have already lost 4 pounds in 4 days! I started taking a multivitamin (I use the once daily energy booster); I stopped eating a second helping; I fill half my plate with veggies, a quarter with carbs and a quarter with lean meat. I also started taking a cinnimon tablet every day. And I quit drinking alcohol! I was having a beer or two a night to relax, now my max will be 2 drinks a week on my cheat meal at the end of the week :) I am still in the testing parts ofthis weight loss group but it's been great for me so far. I love that it's not really a diet- eat what you want- just follow the rules with amounts, get plenty of sleep and exersize.... I just figured I would let you all know that I am still working my butt off, but I have to type my foods and info in on that web site so i haven't been on here as much, but I am working hard and still dropping those lbs and inches!
