So I've been AWOL for a week and a half. Of course, that is directly linked to the fact that I had a bad week last week, and put back on a kg.
I didn't want to admit it, to anyone, but specifically I didn't want to admit it to myself. That would mean I was getting back to old habits.
We got take-out twice last week, and one of those was KFC. I did my old trick with a bag of chips. Plus, I had lest vegetables with dinner the rest of the week.
This is exactly the kind of thing that got me overweight in the first place. If I hadn't still been walking my daughter to preschool, I probably would have put it all back on.
But now I'm getting back on track, which brings me to this weeks Weigh in: 82.4
I've dropped the kg again plus another 600g which is good.
I also discovered that I missed my monthly measurements update last week, so I did them today, and boy was I surprised.
I have lost13 cm from my waist, 6 cm from my hips, and 3.5 cm from my thighs.
