28 Day Bootcamp DVD Day 2

Today I did Day 2 of the DVD. It was a little harder for me because of the floor work... but when I can finally do it and do it well... I will know just how far I've come. :)

The exercise where you lay on your belly and lift your head/chest made the back of my head and neck hurt... any tips for me on that? ... (not to mention that laying on my belly was very uncomfortable because of the boob situation! emoticonDon't know how I'll get around that one! or should I say those. LOL!)

Today's workout was 22 minutes total... then my daughter did it, and while she followed the dvd... I rode my exercise bike! for 22 minutes! I ride it slow and steady, but still. I rode it without stopping! emoticon

My daughter and I made an observation... why do we feel like we look stupid while doing these workouts... when Coach Nicole looks so cute?!?! :)

on a dieting note:
I started the Body by Vi diet plan today. I had breakfast, then a shake for lunch between 12 & 12:30... and I wasn't hungry again until after 6PM! I was surprised. I had my "supper" shake a couple hours ago... and a cup of grapes, and I still feel full! I was worried about wanting to eat, but today I did well and didn't want to. :) I also drank 12 cups of water! YUM! :)

    Great job!

I am eating better (most of the time anyway emoticon ) but I really need to get back on the exercise train. I drag hubby for walks when the weather is nice but I need to do more.

I too wonder why I feel so dopey and the teachers look so cute in workout videos?

You did great! I wanna know what you think of these shakes the further you go. It might be something I should try!
