Stayed in my calorie range, barely
Took lady to Dr Appt & Walked up 96 steps & down 96 steps while
I waited for her. Besides walked the length of the building between
each 24 steps. Did it 4 times. FELT GOOD!
Played pool for 3 hours after lunch out with a friend. Went to Golden Coral &
started with baked fish (Theirs is so good); corn; green beans; broccoli;
cauliflower; brussels sprouts; an orange; very small sweet potato, plain;
fresh strawberries. I really ate healthy.
It was a good day
