I just weighed myself for the week and I've actually gained pounds. I'm not really mad about it, I figured it would happen. I haven't been keeping track of what I eat and I know that I need to. Sometimes it is just hard to do it. I looked at my calendar this afternoon and noticed that I have been working out a lot this month. (I have star stickers for days I don't smoke and smiley stickers for when I work out) I have worked out about 20 days this month and sometimes 2 times a day. Besides counting my calories, I need to change something. Maybe this weekend when I join the local rec center I'll start to see improvments.
