Since it would be way too much for me to blog here and on my Tumblr, I will cross-post on both.
Ok, so I haven't been around much and have really been slacking with the whole blogging thing. My job is exhausting. I get up at 5 am, walk to work and start from 7am until 3 pm. It is mind numbingly boring and high pressure, but it pays well. I would go crazy without my iPod and podcasts! I get home by 3:30ish, make super, pack my lunch, prep for the next day, clean, maybe get a workout in, and next thing I know it's past my bedtime. I'm happy to say that I have not been slacking on the exercise and eating, and it shows on the scale.
The last few weeks I've had insane losses. Last week I weighed 191.4 and today I weighed-in at 189.2 lbs. Another 2.2 lbs. lost, which is more than I could ask for. I've now achieved my 4th mini weight loss goal of getting to 190 before the AAPA conference. My reward was supposed to be clothes for the conference, but I'm ok on that front. I took advantage of some sales a few weeks ago. Instead I'll be going shopping with my aunt and grandma in Barrie and the GTA on Easter weekend. I desperately need pants that fit, new bras, and a Spring coat. My next goal is 175 (169 would be even better) by my birthday June 17th.
