It is my third time too, but through it all I have made some healthy choices. I gave up the Gold Arches and I haven't been back. (Except to use their bathroom) They are on my walking route and since they all know me ... I have earn points enough to use their facilities for a long long time. Especially since back then I only used the drive through. I haven't had a soda or red meat in years either. However, I have learned even things that appear to be major life changes can't always be the only things you need to loose that other person. I would love to say that giving up the arches, red meat and sodas did the trick, but the truth is it didn't. To look at me you would think my blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol was all wrapped into a giant time bomb. You would also think I eat breakfast, lunch and supper at a fast food greasy spoon followed by a night of kitchen hoping from the potato chips to the ice cream freezer ...Wrong again. Nope... My Blood sugar is low normal, cholesterol normal, and blood pressure 120 over 70 on a high day. The fact remains it was not so long ago this creature I look at in the mirror every morning weighed 257 was in a size 24w and depressed. This morning she weight 238 and was thinking about buying a belt for her 20w. What else has changed ... well that is another time another blog... it is time to hoof it. I will be seeing a healthier you very soon. Have a super evening filled with good choices.
This is my 20 w look! Not to say I don't look back,,, I do Today I was really thinking about the 25 ice thingy ... It looked so so yummy.
