After almost 4 months I have finally reached the 50 lb lost mark and am so happy! It has definitely been a struggle and most days I dont even feel like getting out of the bed to work out. But all this hard work and determination is starting to pay off! I hope to lose 50 more before the end of the year. A friend and I are considering doing a 5k in September. I am by no means whatsoever a runner, but maybe I can do interval jogging? Who knows.
Its time to change my routine up a bit though my body is getting used to the same routine. Wake up train Tues/Thurs, classes Mon Wed, then freestyle Friday and my diet could use some new tweaking, any ideas?
I am at the library now tried uploading pics here but they have some crazy restrictions on their computers, one day I want to post before and after pics because I am sooo Excited! Hope everyone is doing well, and remember NEVER EVER GIVE UP!
