This kid EARNED it. I hope Simon and everyone else who passed judgement before this young man began to sing learned a very important lesson. I cried from the first note to the last. I hope this touches your heart as it did mine.
I just loved this so much, they are both so gifted with singing and with their hearts filled with love and caring for one another. What a great victory for them both.

I haven't watched the show but I heard about them on a Christian Radio Station. I'm happy they are getting some attention and pray that the more things like this happen, the stereotypes and judgements will lessen.

My computer would not play this video so I could not watch it....but I am still saddened by how many time people are judged immediately by their size beofre a person even gets to know who they are......one reason I do not like MOST of the reality shows as this is what happens more than not.
This blew me away! That young man has a TREMENDOUS voice!.
And yes, you could see the shock on various faces (Simon, etc) when they had judged the young man and found him wanting, then heard him start to sing. That's one of the reasons that I like The Voice so much - the judges don't see the person until they turn around, indicating they like what they're hearing.
