Yesterday's WI should have been what I expected after Sunday nights overeating. It still hurt to see the scale go up instead of down. Even though I lost 2 lbs last week, I had lost even more the Friday before and gained back two. Need to restrict my WI's to just once a week. So far that's Tuesdays to weigh, check my BP and measure waist and hips.

On the go today, so need to pack snacks. Preschool field trip at the gym this morning, lunch with Susie at noon and take DD to PT this afternoon. Should pack a water bottle too.
