Almost to my first big goal

I have only 3 pounds to go and I'm there, it's been quite the struggle to say the least. I really have to cycle my calories to keep the body guessing at this point to keep the weight loss going. It takes a couple of weeks to see the losses unlike the start where I mostly saw a loss every week, but I'm getting there. I have added walking with the longer days and I think this is really helping as well. I keep positive and realize I can enjoy treats as long as I'm eating healthy the rest of the time. I have really tried to improve my form at kettlebell class which has enabled me to progress and do more. I still am very challenged but I feel a lot more confidence in my moves and ability. Another birthday has come and went but I don't feel like I'm older just wiser. I'm ready to keep the progress moving forward and getting to that ultimate goal I have, now only 15 pounds away. It's getting closer and might take some time but I can get there. This time I'm actually going to do what it takes to maintain and be healthy and happy. No one said it was easy and they are right but it can be done. You need to write it down and keep track and then the pieces will finally come together. Lots of work but the results are always the highlight of why I do it. Getting there one day, one step at a time.
