And I'm back on track

This morning when I weighed myself I had lost 100g which means that the scale is heading in the right direction again.
I learnt a few things from Monday:
1) Use the tools (especially enter the foods into the nutrition tracker before you eat them...this makes it easy to make course corrections to get the right amount of each macronutrient).
2) The time of the water consumption matters. I still drank my 8 glasses of water on Monday but I only had my last glass around 9 o'clock in the evening (compared to usually having finished my last glass before 4 pm).
3) Daily activity (as opposed to just exercise) makes a difference.
I still don't regret taking such a relaxed day on Monday. I needed it, and if these changes are to be sustainable I need to work with my body and not against it. But it doesn't hurt to note what worked for me.*
