Its been a while since I've been living in the dream-some world of married life! :D I've been enjoying myself to the fullest, needless to say, I had abandoned all care and control in terms of my intake and output! And the obvious results arose - feeling unfit, lower stamina, back ache, WEIGHT GAIN, tight clothes, a double chin (OUCH), an unhappy, malunctioning digestive system, more painful than usual mensuration cycles and all that worthless jazz!
So for the last two or three days I have gone back to basics.
1.) No eating out unless its light and non spicy food.
2.) Very little sugar.
3.) Four or five light/small meals a day.
4.) WATER WATER WATER!
5.) Early and light dinners.
6.) Exercise - tho i've fallen ill with a cough, cold and fever, so not managing this so well.
7.) No desserts.
8.) No fried foods.
9.) Salads and raw veggies!
Lets hope things work out and I start feeling healthier again!
