Back to Reality!

Wednesday, March 28, 2012

Its been a while since I've been living in the dream-some world of married life! :D I've been enjoying myself to the fullest, needless to say, I had abandoned all care and control in terms of my intake and output! And the obvious results arose - feeling unfit, lower stamina, back ache, WEIGHT GAIN, tight clothes, a double chin (OUCH), an unhappy, malunctioning digestive system, more painful than usual mensuration cycles and all that worthless jazz!

So for the last two or three days I have gone back to basics.
1.) No eating out unless its light and non spicy food.
2.) Very little sugar.
3.) Four or five light/small meals a day.
5.) Early and light dinners.
6.) Exercise - tho i've fallen ill with a cough, cold and fever, so not managing this so well.
7.) No desserts.
8.) No fried foods.
9.) Salads and raw veggies!

Lets hope things work out and I start feeling healthier again!
Hope you all are doing well too! :)
Much love!~

Glad to hear that married life is good. I wish you both all the blessings in the world. And I do know that eating with the man in your life can be bad for your health, where do they put that food? lol Glad to see your getting back on track. I'm starting over again myself. At least we keep trying. :)

Dont exercise until you are feeling better, Your body needs rest.

It sounds like you're headed in the right direction. No exercise until you're well again It will only make things worse.
