I was getting ready for a memorial service this afternoon, when I put on a pair of flats that I have and they just felt tight. It seems so weird that my feet would get fat right along with everything else, but they do! I also tend to be a person who swells easily, and when I have weight on top of that, it can be really uncomfortable!
So I was thinking back to when I was at a much more comfortable weight, and there truly are so many things that I'm looking forward to as I get closer and closer to goal!
Here are a list of a few of them for myself for days like yesterday when I was hormonal and feeling discouraged for absolutely no reason!
~fitting back into my dresser FULL of cute cute clothing
~No more sausage feet (might sound funny, but true)
~Feeling more comfortable in my skin
~Fitting better into chairs (I've mentioned before, baby got back)
~No anxiety when it comes time to get ready to go somewhere because of lack of clothing choices (this one can be very debilitating for me)
~confidence
~confidence
~yup & more confidence!
I could prolly go on and on with this list, but these are just a few that come to mind at the moment. Whatever it is that we can look forward to as we continually work towards our goals, I think is what we should really keep in the forefront of our minds. It really excites me to be honest. It makes me hungry for more, and it makes me want to work harder to get to my goal!
