Day 9 of High/Low carb cycle with Chris Powell!

Okay I have decided I am not going to blog every single day with my diet plan but only after my tuff days which is my low carb days...Yeasterday low carb day I almost fall of the plan until I saw myself in a big mirror with my jeans (not my skinny jeans yet) that were fitting me tight just over a week ago and I saw that they were fitting way looser and my abs are looking tighter so I said NO WAY!! I am not slipping up so I stuck with it yesterday and made it through yet another low carb day...and now its day 9 and life is easy again...I had soy chocolate pudding with 2 small chocolate eggs for a small treat...I think I am going to do small treats on my cheat meals for 2 days and then the last cheat meal have a few extra little goodies not many but a few...I might even try next week to go with only one cheat I can lose weight even faster. emoticon But I am sooo liking what Chris Powells cycle carb diet is doing to my body! I am looking and feeling tighter by the day! And as long as I only cheat on my high carb days I should be able to keep on loosing weight! I also eat as clean as I possible can...chemical free!

Yesterday after having a migraine over the weekend and aunt flow came visiting early I was so drained that I did Ballet Body Signature Series was eactly what my body needed!

Today's workout was tuffer as I had the needed energy for it I did Mindy Mylrea Gliding Beyoud the was really good just wish it would have had more tubing exercises and stepping in it.

But all in all life is great and I really like what I am learning from Chris Powells book Choose To Lose: The 7-Day Carb Cycle Solution. emoticon

  This is day number 6 of induction on low carb diet. Actually, I have been on NO carbs. Started at 183 lbs. Day 1 - ate pork roast (just a little salt and pepper on it), day 2 - leftover pork, boiled eggs,Dukes mayo (no sugar), day 3 - boiled egg, steak at lunch and dinner, some mayo with 1 tsp dill pickle relish in it, day 4 - boiled egg, steak for lunch, chicken thighs for dinner - oh - and I did eat carbs - ONE grape tomato (1). Day 5 - boiled eggs, chicken thighs and fried eggs in butter for dinner. Day 6 - nothing for breakfast (didn't have time). Just ate egg salad with grilled tuna (mayo, egg, tuna - that's it).

OK - NO ketosis - have not even turned the strips past tan. I am now up to 189 lbs. (6 lbs weight GAIN) I have eaten NO carbs (other than that one grape tomato that has less than 1 carb - I looked it up).

I am very confused, frustrated and have looked all over the internet trying to see if there is anyone else out there that has eaten virtually ZERO carbs for 6 days and not lost a little weight or turned a Ketostick at least pale pink. I have ruled out everything other than the sugarplum fairy visiting me at night and forcing gumdrops down my throat while I sleep.

Its amazing that you can still exercise when your not well...keep it up.
