It was a very good day, for the most part.
Stayed well within my calorie range.
Took my friend AL for a doctor visit & tests. They came out ok.
Then to the mall for coffee with friends.
Walked 30 minutes. Then to the GYM for a 45 min Senior exercise class;
Home for lunch.
Took a client to a Dr appointment in the PM.
Then off to the Sr Center for 60 in Senior exercise class (2 in one day)
Came home, walk 20 minutes.
Got in Lots of exercise
