Well today went pretty well for day 2 on my new journey. iv been writing everything down i eat in a book and how many cals i have had. i find it easier to write in a book then i do recording it on here. iam how ever having a hard time not eatting so much bread i love it! but i want to cut it out but once a day does any one have any tips for me??
also today i took pictures of myself to ill be able to look at the pictures once i have lost some weight and be able to see it better in pictures then in the mirror every day. i do plan on taking pictures every 10 pounds and i plan on keeping the same out fit for each photo so i can see how different the clothes are fitting me. however sitting here seeing the pictures i took today made me see how right iam to be on here and starting this new part of my life, i guess seeing yourself everyday you just dont realize just how big your getting after time and it was a real eye opener for me today i must say kinda makes me mad at my self and then i remind myself im on sparkpeople and iv taken the first steps to starting a new to beginning, a new ashley and i truly can not wait to see what life has in store for me!
