Erm.... 4 more sleeps until Mexico-co-coooooo! Okay I'm getting REALLY excited!! :D
Sunday at work, got really chaotic soon after my blog. Like major chaotic. Sheesh. I sort of knew that would happen though, making me appreciate my break and holiday more when it gets here! Things were eventually sorted, I rushed home, showered and dressed (in killer heels by the way) and arrived 30 mins late at the restaurant where my Mum and Sis were waiting. They were cool though and had some wine chilling for my arrival, ha. Had a really lovely time eating a lovely meal, chit chatting, and having quite a bit of wine.
Monday! I was rather tired from the night before (and slightly hungover I ADMIT :P) but I kept my eating good. Oh and I had a visit to the dentist for a filling. Wasn't too pleased about that. Went to Zumba and had some fun. Was glad to get a sweat on and stay active!
Tuesday. Today has FLEW by. Good day. Very very warm and sunny outside! Nice to have such lovely weather. No outdoor workouts though, the place is alive through the week and I wouldn't get any quiet alone time anywhere, ha.
Arrived home and checked out BodyRock. No updates so I went back to the latest interval workout. Lots of fun. I sort of felt like doing nothing tonight, but reminded myself of being consistent and keeping at it.. And that was enough to persuade me. Felt great then throughout and after the workout. Oh, this is what it looked like.

One Armed KB Swing (14kg) - 20-19-20
Squat + Press Leg Lifts (14kg) - 5-5-5
Plank Press Up Drunk Chicken - 5-5-5
Backward Lunge w/ Kick (14kg) - 8-10-10
Running Man - 18-17-19
Pendulum - 39-42-39
Dumbell Twist (5kg) - 11-11-12
Side to Side Abs (5kg) - 23-22-25
Great stuff. I then skipped high knees for 2 mins. Then added a 3 min ab bonus of my own. I want to keep this lovely feeling I have... My body feeling so much more toned, and it's getting better. Consistency !!
I should have taken a picture of my outfit on Sunday, because I threw it together last minute but felt really good. Just some leggings, with a longish racerback top and my (only pair of) killer heels. Funny thing is, I walk so much better in heels after a drink or two than I do sober. Too much concentration is needed!! My Mum complimented me and my Sister said I looked very "slight". I've never been described as 'slight' before. LOL. We were talking workouts at one point and my Mum just said "Bloody size of her muscles!" LOL. Yeah, me being the not-so-girly type, that really made my day and made me smile. :)
Okayyy! So I ordered online a new bikini and swimsuit so I'm gonna go try them on! And I'm thinking about doing my workouts in Mexico first thing most mornings, before the day begins. And there was something else but my mind has just gone BLANK!
