I haven't felt motivated but I did something I haven't done in a long time. I worked out on my 1/2 hr lunch. I've had the Wii Biggest Loser game for over a year now and finally dusted it off to see what it was all about.
I have the tools - Wii fit plus, bike, access to a gym, exercise ball, weights etc. It's the using part. My new sparkstreak goal... 10 mins a day doing anything other than sitting on my butt.
I can do this..
PS - For your own reminder: you feel pretty darn great right now after that work out!
