My very first blog was about a spinach scramble. It was something that i just kinda came up with. Since then it has become my favorite breakfast. Also, I think I have perfected the way I like it served. So here is how I had it today...
Combine:
Mushrooms, fresh, 57 grams
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Garlic, 1 clove
in a food processor then scramble with:
Egg white, 5 serving
wrap up in:
whole wheat tortillas, 1 serving
with a side of:
Apple, fresh, 1 medium
Breakfast TOTALS: Calories: 330 Carbs: 52 Fat: 4 Protein: 32
Sometimes I also add salsa which gives it a nice kick without adding a ton of calories.
