Well, I wanted to work out before work but that didn't happen.
I did manage to hop on and do my 500 calories after work. I had to close my eyes around the 350 calorie mark and remind myself that I wanted it, because I really didn't want to continue.
But.. I did have a coworker there tonight so it helped me stay in the game.
This week, I plan on working out
T- before and after work
W- before work
Th- after work
