I've been off track lately. Pretty much since vacation nearly 2 weeks ago. I haven't been tracking my food, haven't been exercising like I usually do.
But today was a good day. Even work was back to normal and free from emergencies !!
I tracked all my food. Made a yummy stir fry for dinner
Added everything that's been needing done and making me anxious on my "to do" list ... and even got a few of them crossed off now.
Got in a 30 minute walk during lunch. And now off to get in my Jillian DVD.
