I'm back from my spring break and I have started off with a bang! I went on a jog for 20 minutes during my lunch break and then later came home to ride my bike as my dog ran beside me. He is tired and I feel great! My goal is to jog during my lunch break 3-4 times a week. I think this will help 1) my energy level when I come home from work, 2) keep my dog in shape and 3) get me back into shape.
This is the start of a new chapter. I can do this =)
