I was really hoping that I would not have to do this, but I am really getting overwhelmed with being in pain, not sleeping, getting ready for my son and family to visit and of the arrival of my new great grandson.

I have been authorized to have my surgery so as soon as I can get set up with the doctor I am going to have it right away. I will post it on my status when I know the exact date. It should be quite soon.

I will be checking my regular e-mails so if you post on my spark page I will see it. I just cannot do my teams and track food and I am not doing any real exercise right now.

Amazingly I am losing a bit~~very slowly but it is coming down. I am very confident that once I get through this I will get back and track and lose the rest of this weight once and for all.

I have made so many wonderful friends and I hope you will remember to pray for me. I will just be so glad when this is all over.
