This is what I needed today to pick up where my mental toughness let off. Guess I wasn't singing loud enough. Couldn't resist the baked goods while shopping. Ridiculous calories.
What matters is what I do after I've failed: Measure and track everything, drink more water, go to strength training class, healthy dinner, don't stay up too late.
