Goals… As I sat down this morning trying to think of my goals, I realized it seems that the past challenge and this one may have the same ones. I did well with maintaining during the last but I did not meet my #1 goal
I’ve never been a drop out and I don’t quit but this is it. I QUIT! . I’ve been hovering between 210 – 215 for what seems like forever and I’m finished with the teeter totter! My goal for HLC #1 is to get to 209 or below. Now I know to some this may not seem like a lot to lose, but I am a slow loser when it comes to the scale. Inches have been melting off but the number on the scale not so much (as I mentioned above). I know overall the inches are more important measure of progress but it’s time to push the scale too.
So here’s my statement:
“To lose at least 6 pounds by the end of the 10 week challenge or drop into a size 14. In order to do this, I need to eat clean and train dirty. When I reach this goal I will buy myself a new pair of jeans and a cute top for the summer.”
