I'm a big fan of Turbo Jam! It's fun, the music is great and the people are encouraging(and real)!
I started these workouts about three weeks ago. I didn't read any of the stuff that came with it, I just jumped in. It was fairly easy to do so. I found out this weekend that there's a workout that goes through the moves to show proper form. So this morning I tried it!
I was amazed! I've been doing these workouts for three weeks and working up a sweat. But now that I've got the right form it's like a totally different workout! I sweat more, I feel the burn in places that I didn't before and I think I'm actually having MORE fun!!
Now that I've read some of the documentation that comes with the DVD's I'm actually going to try and follow the plan that they have set up for "Maximum Results". I'm not following their food plan because I like the foods I'm eating right now. But it means I'm going to try and do these workouts 5 times a week and still keep my weekends active.
I've been active for 10 days in a row now! Let's see how long I can make this streak last!!
