I know myself and I put stuff out there, I do it. So I am putting my fitness plan on here to help guarantee that I will stick to it.

Monday-Treadmill
Tuesday-Zumba
Wednesday-Treadmill (or rest?)
Thursday-Strength Training
Friday-Rest
Saturday-Zumba
Sunday-Hike

Fingers crossed that I achieve this!!
