I had cake (just a smidgen) for my hubby's birthday over the weekend, went up to 137.8 lbs but on Sunday I was back to only two meals and my weight is again at 137 lbs - still is up 1.4 lbs in 30 days.
I have been able to exercise with my Wii, which I think is fun.
I had the most interesting breakfast yesterday and I was sure my weight would spike but to my surprise I lost weight. I was sorely tempted by my son's french toast so I got two eggs, 3 of the low carb, high protein pitas and used them for bread. I dipped them in the egg batter with pumpkin spice and heavy cream and cooked them in butter and ate the lot with Joseph's sugar free syrup. With vegetarian sausages, the breakfast was very satisfying. Then I ran around till 5:30 pm without food and I was OK.
So the "no snacking" part is working. I also just switched to a lower dosage of thyroid hormones. I am giving this at least two more weeks and then I will make a decision as to whether I can continue.
