belly cramps

Well I've had these cramps in my under belly for over a week so i have not been able to track my food or fitness as i was not able to do fitness and also had to change my diet.. was even hard to get to make anything as the cramps were so severe.. i don't know what to do now about my teams as i am not on the same level as i missed so much?? does anyone have some advice please..
also due to drinking so much water was making my bowl too full where i could not get to go to the bathroom ontime.. had to hold in for so long it was painfull...
So I'm not drinking so much now again.. so tracking water intake will also be difficult...
I need help!!!!

    Do you know the cause of the cramps? Are you able to visit a doctor?

    Just a quick google search shows a variety of possibilities, in part depending on where they are and how they feel - anything from kidney stones and urine infections to IBS or issues in the reproductive organs.
