One of my goals on the way to my final goal weight was to lose weight & do the Big Climb. The Big Climb is a fund raiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. It's 69 flights of stairs (1,311 steps) up the Columbia Tower - tallest building in Seattle.
I am proud to say that I have lost 52 lbs so far and I DID IT today. My goal was 30 minutes and I did it in 34 minutes.
One of my absolute biggest reason for loosing weight is to set an example of healthy living for my kids. And it's working. They want to do the Big Climb next year.
