Hello out there,
Well week 2 has come to an end and i really am beginning to feel much better. there have been no "binge eating episodes but today really didn't go so well. I am finding it difficult to stay within my calorie range, not because of what i am eating but more how much I am eating. I am really trying to take things day by day.
all there is to say really is that week two has been better than week one and I am going to do even better in week three by focusing on my workout schedual, drinking my water and getting 2+ servings of fruits and vegetables :) Today is already done. tomorrow begins a new day, a nww week.
