Busy people are expert jugglers. How many balls do you have in the air? Or, how many dinner plates do you have spinning? I know technology is supposed to streamline our lives, but I must've missed that train because I personally feel as overwhelmed as ever.
Time to get back to basics - labeling my plates and putting a limit on how many I allow myself to spin at the same time. I love a clean home - that is first in my daily routine. I have learned that on those insane days when chores come last, bedtime arrives to a clean house. I am gonna try something new this week and change the priorities on my plates.
While I have been doing more exercise this month, I want more consistency, so that is my #1 plate this week. I have TONS to do this week, but exercise will be the first thing I do each day - even if it requires me getting up in the mornings wee hours.
