Our SparkLive! class this week is on how to get through your days without feeling those gnawing hunger pangs before the next meal or snack. There are several tips and tricks that anyone can incorporate into their life.
Because I will be in Pittsburgh on Saturday, I won't be leading my Saturday morning class. But Coach Krystie is filling in for me, so I know it will be in good hands.
