First Hr. long workout

I'm happy I finally pushed myself to work out for an hour instead of my usual 30 minutes. Proud of my self. Hope it helps. Wonder if I break up 60 min into two morning and evening if it will still count as much as if you do it all at once. I can probably handle that better and more often than a full hr. unless its on weekend when I have more time. Oh well at least I did it. Been feeling kind of low lately since weight loss stalled want to push below that 200 mark i've bee stuck at. I even hot half my water in just from exercising. emoticon made me thirsty hee hee!

    Way to go - I am so proud of you. I think that breaking it up will be just fine if it works into your schedule better. I know there is a Spark Team called SparkGuy's 10 Minute Fitness Club and there is also several articles that say even 10 minute increments can be beneficial (www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitne

    Hi Sandy
Seems we are living parallel lives! I have increased my exercise to 60/70 minutes a day this week (due to Scarlett being unable to go on walks at the moment). I too had stalled on the weight loss front! We can both encourage each other along.
You should do whatever fits in with your life on the exercise front. Personally I just find it better for me if I get it all done first thing in the morning.
