unfortunately i am not losing weight at the pace that i want. it's the same struggle i've had the last time trying to get past the 180s. so now i have to tweak my nutrition even more. i thought i was getting the appropriate amount of calories but now i need to try to have even more veggies. water for me is not a problem good thing now i just need to focus more on what i'm putting in my mouth. i don't want to deprive myself of anything. i just need to have smaller amounts theres always room for improvements and im glad im taking the time to focus on myself
