unfortunately i am not losing weight at the pace that i want. it's the same struggle i've had the last time trying to get past the 180s. so now i have to tweak my nutrition even more. i thought i was getting the appropriate amount of calories but now i need to try to have even more veggies. water for me is not a problem good thing now i just need to focus more on what i'm putting in my mouth. i don't want to deprive myself of anything. i just need to have smaller amounts theres always room for improvements and im glad im taking the time to focus on myself emoticon emoticon feels good

    Don't see it as a struggle, call it an experiment :)
Keep tweaking your food until you get the desired results.
Try increasing protein and decreasing carbs, try staying away from processed foods.
In my experience, even if you're within calorie range, but eating predominantly processed foods, weight loss is harder to achieve. I'm convinced that all the chemicals and additives in processed foods prevent natural weight loss.
Maybe start by just designating one day a week as "natural food day".
Most importantly, keep it up. Work every day on establishing better habits.
Sometimes progress is so s-l-o-w.
Hang in there. Summer is coming. You'll do great!
