1/2 to 1 pound a week of weight loss. Have a good habit going of some exercise each day. I have been eating non processed food, loving the taste and how I feel. I am getting used to the portions. It all comes together slowly. The weight came on slowly and it is coming off slowly.
The habit changes will make it last a lifetime. I am ready to be smaller for life.
My process has been going on for two years and I'm not sorry. I feel very grounded and not tortured by food at all. Since odds are that people usually weigh more after two years, esp. after starting a strict diet, I feel blessed that I have found a way to LIVE and yet weigh less.
You are doing so awesome! Going slow like a turtle is excellent in the long run! I guess you could say that's exactly what I've been doing. Slowly but surely! I feel like I need to speed up some though, because I'm pretty well sticking around the same pounds! Today wasn't a great day, so that doesn't help! Keep up your good work and you'll get there!
