For the last two days I have been so busy I was not able to Spark. I was able to write down my nutrition, exercise and blood sugars. I have been working every day. When I got home I had two birthday celebrations to attend. I haven't been home long enough to do anything. I wanted to keep my streaks going but could not. I will just start over again and not let it bother me. I have to be grateful that I was able to do what I have done. Then go on and take one day at a time to get back on track with it all. I did go back and log food and exercise so that is consistent. That is a good thing that we can do this on the site! I am so happy with the progress I have been making and I want that to continue and meet the goals I have set for myself. I am more active and feel so much better with the weight I have lost so far. My blood pressure is back to a normal range and my blood sugars have been great. So in the long run I am doing so much better in many ways. This is due to my friends here at Spark and my family for supporting me in my goal to get healthy!!!
I have been too busy to give SP the attention I like to as well. I'm thankful for my iPhone & the SP app! It's easy & convenient to track food & fitness whenever I have something to enter. It's friends like you who keep me accoutable and wanting to do my best. It's inspiring to see other peoples' acheivements. And to receive kind words & thoughts! Thanks!
