Good week

Feeling a lot more positive this week, the scales saw a loss of 1lb and I feel stronger and the clothes do feel looser - probably down to more exercise and increasing the weights on ST this week.

The sun is out today, but I only managed a small bike ride down to other things getting priority but me and DH are going for a stroll along the sea front later so that will be nice.

Off to the opposite coast of Devon tomorrow for ED football so with travel and the game that will be 5 hours out of the day!

Hopefully I can get in some walking round the pitch for exercise?

I think the inserts are working a bit for the PF but I have still not got an appt at the hospital. I have also been icing it daily and doing stretches and exercises to help it. So fingers crossed I can run again some time in the near future?

DH had an interview yesterday for a full time job, we are not too confident he will get it as the temp contract who has been doing the job for sometime applied as well. Life will be a lot easier if does get a full time job.

Following on from last week the meal the DD's cooked was lovely. Homemade pasta and meatballs in a red wine and tomato sauce followed by homemade chocolate mousse.

Anyway, may try and get in a quick bit of gardening before our stroll!

    Im glad they are helping even a bit.

Have you tried rolling your foot on a spray can/large rolling pin? Its a really good way to press your foot and help the pain.
