Week 2 Day 1 Spring 5%-A little disappointed

I weighed in and was a little disappointed. I thought with all the extra hard work I would have lost at least 1 lb. I am a little bloated seeing that TOM is on its way. But normally around TOM I gain 2 lbs. So losing around TOM should make me feel better. And it does in a way. I just wish I could have met that weekly goal of 0.9. I think the PMS emotions are setting in. Geez, just love being a woman!!!
Hopefully will see better results next week that was I can meet my end of the challenge goal!
