Ch 6, Day 85

Saturday, March 24, 2012

Gosh, I wanted to eat last night. But I didn't. My sis called as I was eating dinner. I've been meaning to call her so I decided to skip seconds of anything and walk away from the dinner table, DONE.

A bit regretful after the call....wanting to eat. DHs dieting has sure been a positive influence on my eating habits. We are a good influence on each other.

Nice catching up with my sis...and we set a date next week to get together. She's my bookstore pal (we can spend hours there happily, reading, chatting.)

New found discipline around food, thanks to DH's influence.

Grandbaby time (babysitting while the kids have a date night)

Two good legs for walking

Enjoying my garden's flowering spring bulbs -- daffodils, crocus, hyacinths...tulips are almost ready to bloom.

#1 - Eat in range
#2 - Zumba
#3 - Walk
#4 - No evening snacking

Two sessions of Zumba. Turns out there was a Zumbathon fund raiser in the afternoon. Went back attired and did another 45 minutes of regular zumba....much harder than intermediate that I had been doing. Tired.

Arden was a little angel, as always. emoticon

Have fun babysitting the little one, they bring such joy into our lives. Your flowers sound lovely. Good job on not taking seconds. Have a great weekend. We are having a baby shower tomorrow for a GD.
