This week I have 2 challenges that are definitely going to challenge me, but hopefully also help keep me on track. My first challenge is from my Spirited Underdogs Group--weigh/measure all food! YIPE! For each meal that I measure all my food, I will get 5 points in my group. So I just ordered myself a handy dandy little kitchen scale. I've been meaning to get one for a while... so this was the push I needed.
My second challenge is a personal "fun" challenge--I challenge myself to log in everyday and earn a "bonus spin" in my SparkPoints. For those of you who don't know how that works--you earn a bonus spin whenever you hit 25 SparkPoints in a day. So, logging exercise, food, water, goals, etc., gets you those points. It gives me a ridiculous little thrill to see those SparkPoints add up, and this is a way to keep it fun AND encourage myself to log log log.
